One of the items on my To-Do-List-Before-I-Die...live in an ultra-modern house in the Hollywood Hills (w/ a view). Check out this the Skyline residence built by Belzberg Architects.

The movie screen on the house is an actual movie from a projector on the ground. Maybe I'll try to do the same thing with a projector on my garage...hahaha.

Check out Zipcar. Not sure how long they've been around, but they exist around some major universities and metropolises in the US. Hourly rates range from $6-$11/hour.

The FedEx Cup commercials are pretty funny...
